 Status Certificate



 Status certificate is such a letter, which is made to keep information about the property of any citizen.  In common language, we can say that status certificate is a document by which information about the economic condition or strength of the person is obtained. It is through the status certificate that government departments get complete information about the property of that citizen, which he  gives certificate.


 Why a status certificate is required



 Status certificate is used in some government work, because when a government contract starts any kind of government tender work, then he first asks for status certificate from the government, only after seeing that person  Permission is granted to apply for that tender.  Along with this, this certificate is sought for construction of big buildings, road construction contractors and other work.  When you take any tender, etc., you have to show the status certificate.  A government contract, construction of a big building, a road contract or loan from bank etc. also require status certificate.

 Online process of making a status certificate



 For online application of status certificate, first of all the applicant has to visit the site http://edistrict.up.nic.in/.


 


 Here on the home page you will see Citizen login icon, by clicking on it you will reach a new page.



 On the right hand side you will see the "New User Registration" icon, where a form will be opened by clicking.


 



 In this form, all the information of the applicant will have to be filled correctly, his name, date of birth, address, pin code, mobile number and email id.



 After checking all the information thoroughly, click in the "Protect" button below.



 After this One Time Password (OTP) will come in your given mobile number.  This will be the password to login for the first time.



 After login, change the password and click on “Fill Application” button.



 Then select Status Certificate in “Select Service” icon and click on New Application.



 After that read all the information carefully and click on “Proceed”.  This will open the online application form of status certificate.



 Here the applicant will have to submit all the information and documents related to the property, after which the application process will be completed.



 After this, the applicant should take a print out of the status certificate and keep it safe.



 All applicants will get their status certificates within 30 days from the date of application.  Yogi has said that people will get services easily through online application and people can get all these certificates in a simple manner without any hassle and fear in a transparent manner.



 Necessary guidelines for making a status certificate



 For applying in the status certificate, a fee of ₹ 100 has been fixed by the government.  Also if you apply through Jan Seva Kendra.  So its fee will be charged from you ₹ 120.



 In the case of movable assets, only the valuation of those assets will be accepted.  Which will be in the applicant's own name.


 If any property is joint property.  So the valuation of that property will not be validated.



 The total accepted valuation of movable property should not be more than half of the total valuation of load-free real estate.



 Along with this, in case of any kind of government dues, it is mandatory to submit the details of the amount due department wise.



 The validity of the certificate will be valid for next 2 years from the date of issue.



 If there is an amendment or change in the ownership of a property.  So the entire responsibility of getting the certificate reissued will be of the applicant itself.



 Valuation of any type of mortgage assets will not be accepted.



 The applicant can get all his immovable properties appraised from any Uttar Pradesh GAV (Government Approved Valuer).  Otherwise all the immovable properties will be examined by the Tehsil.



 If someone gets you checked by GAV (Government Approved Valuer).  So it is necessary to register on this portal.



 In the case of movable property, all the records of valuation of property by the applicant GAV (Government Approved Valuer) or the competent authority will be compulsorily uploaded on the portal only at the time of applying.



 These attached records will be checked at the district officer's office level.  Only after that the process of issuing certificate will be completed by adding it to the valuation of immovable property.



 The unit for issuing status certificate will be the district.  This means if your property is in multiple tehsils.  So, after receiving the reports from all the tehsils, the status certificate will be issued by the district officer.



 Also if you have property in many districts.  So you have to get the Pran Patra separately from different districts.



 Along with this, if the amount deposited in the bank is shown in the form of status.  So the money deposited in the bank should be deposited at least 3 months in advance.  And at the same time the work must be deposited in the bank till its completion.
